2142 With B Co 1st Amtrac May 66 to Jan 68. Everything I had was put in box from 69 to 2012, so memory kind of rough. I do wonder now how guys are doing. USAF from 1972 to 1991 and have many contacts still from there, but none from USMC. Have several pictures and a DVD from some old 8mm movies.

Tony K. - I was also in 4th plt B Co. and was at the edge of the grave line in the back. We had three wounded from artillery frag on either side or ahead of me. I have the dead flame op. toolkit and belt. Were you a portly guy who lived in Maryland then? I helped give the platoon the name "Gunny Pound's Forty Thieves". There was a cache of spam and whatever under the floorboards of our hootch. Join and submit comments or photos.I have some HS conversions and will try to get all on DVD.

I was Sgt. 4th platoon, B Company, Oct '67 to late July '68. And yes, there for Jan 20th, with Gunny Pound etc. I moved past the "fried" flame thrower and was next to Lt. Kaufman when he was hit. See www.amtrac.org/1atbn/battles/January20.asp
(near the end of that well written article)
